Be Still and Know

Be Still & Know contains a meditation/observation exercise which is designed to give you a tool, that with daily practice and application, will allow you to experience your true identity as Spirit, a child of the Divine. Many spiritual or mental exercises prevalent in the world today require that the participant "space out" or leave their body. This is not the aim of this exercise. This recording is designed to guide you, the Spirit, back IN to your body (the Kingdom is Within), so that you may rise higher and higher in vibration and let go of the effort to let go. You will be guided in this practice.
